Part of the 2026 Things I Love series, this original painting by Seattle artist Glynn Rosenberg features a two narcissi (daffodil flowers) against a dark background. Painted with acrylic on a 4”x4” wood panel, the still life references the “memento mori” tradition of Flemish painting—reflecting on mortality through flowers and objects—while centering daffodils found in Seattle spring gardens. Each painting in the series is one of a kind and created by hand in the artist’s Capitol Hill studio.
